Choose your 2027 benefits October 28 – November 11, 2026

  • The enrollment website will be available 24/7 during Annual Enrollment. You may go back and make changes as often as needed before the deadline. For easy enrollment via your smartphone, download the bswift app.
  • If you don’t have online access, you can enroll by phone starting October 28 at 1‑877‑RRD‑4BEN (1-877-773-4236), Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. CT. Don’t delay! Phone enrollment ends November 11, 2026, at 6:59 p.m. CT. You could experience long wait times if you try to enroll by phone during the last four days of Annual Enrollment.

Certify your tobacco status on the enrollment website

Your current tobacco status will carry over, so update it if it has changed. Tobacco users will pay an annual medical premium surcharge of $500 per adult and $250 per child.

You (and/or each of your enrolled dependents) who indicate “Yes” for Tobacco User status may qualify for the non-Tobacco User premium discounts by completing five coaching sessions during the Plan year. So long as the individual completes five coaching sessions by December 31, 2027, you will be refunded the tobacco medical plan surcharge for that individual.

If you are enrolled in the Optional Life plans, those premium rates will be adjusted prospectively to reflect the non-tobacco premium discount effective on the first of the month following completion of five coaching sessions. Contact UBreathe at 1-888-882-5462 to participate in the program. (Alternate cessation recommendations by your physician will be accommodated.)

Review/update your dependents on the enrollment website

Eligible dependents include:

  • Your legal spouse (including your common-law spouse in states that recognize common-law marriages) or domestic partner
  • Your children up to age 26
  • Your disabled child of any age who is unable to care for himself/herself

Verify that your enrolled dependents meet the Plan's eligibility requirements and that your spouse or domestic partner has completed eligibility verification. If not, and you want to cover them in 2027, you must complete the verification process.

For more details, refer to the applicable Summary Plan Description (SPD), any related Summary of Material Modifications (SMM) and, in some cases, the insurance certificate for each benefit on myRRDbenefits.com.

Confirm your elections

Print and keep a copy of your elections for your records. You may make changes or corrections until November 11, 2026, on the enrollment website or by calling the RRD Benefits Center at 1-877-RRD-4BEN (1-877-773-4236). You will receive an official confirmation statement in the mail. Upon receipt, review your confirmation statement to verify your elections, covered dependents and per-pay-period costs are correct. If you discover any errors, contact the RRD Benefits Center on or before December 31, 2026.

If You Don’t Take Action

If you don’t enroll, your current elections will roll over to 2027 with the following exceptions:

  • If you’re currently enrolled in Coupe PPO, you will move to the new Copay Edge medical option. You must take action if you want to elect a different medical option or waive coverage.
  • IMPORTANT: HSA administration is moving to Fidelity. Failure to take action will result in your not being able to participate in the one-time bulk rollover opportunity.
  • You will be automatically enrolled in Long-Term Disability (LTD). If you want to waive coverage, you must do so during Annual Enrollment.
  • Your current HSA contribution amounts will carry over. To contribute up to the new 2027 maximums or make any contribution changes, you must elect the new amount. You may change your HSA contribution at any time during the year.
  • Your FSA contributions will end. You must enroll during Annual Enrollment to participate in an FSA in 2027.
  • Other elections not described above (e.g., for medical, dental, vision, life, supplemental insurance, etc.) will remain in place at the same coverage levels and covering the same dependents. Your payroll deductions will be adjusted to reflect the 2027 contributions for these benefits.

Your benefit elections will be in effect January 1 – December 31, 2027.

You cannot make changes during the year unless you experience a Qualified Status Change (e.g., marriage, divorce, birth of a child). For more information, read the Special Enrollment Period for Group Health Coverage notice or the Administration Information Booklet at myRRDbenefits.com.
